WHO IS SAFE?

For over 75 years SAFE has been one of the strongest voices in New Zealand defending animals against cruelty and abuse. SAFE is a non-profit organisation solely financed through the goodwill of the community. SAFE is affiliated with like-minded international organisations and enjoys local support from businesses, celebrities and individuals and the public.

EDUCATING THE PUBLIC

SAFE is dedicated to changing attitudes and nurturing compassionate values by educating the public about the inherent value of animals. We promote the importance of respect and empathy for animals.
